Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Machine Operator for our Client based in Leicester, LE3 area. Key Responsibilities: Operate machines, mail sorting printed products, load reels onto reel stand, segregate paper waste and prepare it for disposal and identify correct paper for specific projects to produce a high standard of work on a paper enclosing machine. To ensure that you are adhering to company procedures i.e.: quality checks on each job and ensuring that the relevant paperwork relates to each job. Be reliable and able to work using your own initiative. Liaise with the Shift Supervisors to ensure KPI requirements and daily production goals are achieved and generally assisting with the smooth running of the production department, whenever reasonably required. To positively promote and support the growth of the business and help support a positive can do team production environment. Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Skills Required: Experience- machine operating experience within production, printing or warehouse Communication ability to liaise with and communicate instructions and requirements within the production team. Teamwork- provide support to other colleagues, positive team attitude, willing to assist in completing team workload. Attention to detail- complete work without the need for supervision and to deadlines, striving for highest standards. Attitude- enthusiastic, motivated, good work ethic, flexibility to tasks and hours of work, desire to learn and progress, accept ownership and take responsibility for delivering production targets. Working Hours: The company is working on Panama Shifts - 06.00-18.00 and 18.00-06.00 rotating between days and nights. Pay Rate: £13.52ph If you are interested, please apply today.
