An opportunity has arose for a Healthcare Support Worker vacancy on Surgical admissions Lounge You are required to have the Cavendish Care Certificate in Health and Social care or a equivalent health care qualification to be eligible to apply for this role. We will be looking for enthusiasm, drive and passion where the delivery of outstanding levels of care. You will have excellent communication skills and the flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of this busy area. The successful candidate will be efficient, reliable and be able to work using their own initiative whilst being part of a team. You will be a motivated and confident healthcare support worker dedicated to assisting in the delivery and the development of an excellent service. The Healthcare Support Worker will work as part of the ward team with supervision of registered practitioners to provide effective, safe patient focused care at all times. Contribute to the development of the care environment with a positive, professional attitude. Contribute to the maintenance of daily provision of service and care to meet the individual needs of patients and department. To support the smooth running of the ward and ensure patients, relatives and carers are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. You will ensure that policies and guidelines are adhered to.
