Job Role
As an HLTA, you will be a key figure in the schools leadership support. Your responsibilities include:

Leading whole classes across various year groups to cover PPA time or teacher absences.

Delivering pre:planned lessons with enthusiasm, ensuring all students remain engaged and on task.
*
Adapting curriculum content to meet the diverse needs of learners within the classroom.
*
Collaborating with the wider school team to maintain high standards of behaviour and academic achievement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

HLTA Status or a relevant Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience).
*
ESSENTIAL: You must have previous UK experience working as an HLTA or in a senior support role within a primary school.
*
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work independently.
*
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to process a new one).
