Document Controller – Long-Term Opportunity Location: Edmonton, London Duration: Ongoing / Long-term Rate: Competitive, DOE (Paid Weekly) A well-established contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a major construction project based in Edmonton. This is a long-term role ideal for someone confident managing site documentation and supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage project documentation using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). * Control the flow of drawings, specifications, and technical documents across the project team. * Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with document control procedures. * Maintain version control, filing systems, and project trackers. * Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely distribution and updates. * Assist with O&M manual preparation and project handover documentation. * Provide general administrative support to the site office.
