Auction Sales Manager
Join Sequence Specialist Auctions Team in Leeds!
We are looking for a skilled Auction Sales Manager to list properties for sale through auctions for a renowned brand, William H Brown. This role is pivotal in expanding our property market footprint and driving success in our Auctions division.
Your Role:
* List properties for auction and provide expert guidance to clients.
* Develop strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Instruct properties for auction and create effective sales strategies.
* Coordinate property valuations, inspections, appraisals, and marketing.
* Advise clients on best practices for successful auction outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Extensive property sector experience
* Proven ability to win and close business.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented; auction experience is not essential.
