This Steam Project Team Leader role covers projects across the UK, based within commuting distance of South Shields. You'll lead installations, upgrades, and major works on steam boiler systems and associated equipment, while supporting compressors where required. The role combines site leadership with planning and coordination responsibilities.
Requirements
4. Proven steam experience (industrial, marine, or naval)
5. Steam qualifications (BG01 desirable)
6. Leadership or supervisory experience
7. Multi-skilled mechanical/electrical background
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Willing to stay away ~1-3 night per week
Package
10. Salary up to £50,000
11. Company vehicle
12. 15% pension (5% employee / 10% employer)
13. Bonus 10%
14. 25 days holiday + banks (rising to 27)
