Job Description
Capital & Fixed Asset Accountant - Sutton
3. Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
4. Prepare periodic reports on capital expenditure and fixed assets for management review.
5. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for capital projects.
6. Ensure accurate depreciation calculations and postings within financial systems.
7. Monitor and review capital project costs to ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
8. Assist with year-end financial reporting, including preparation of fixed asset schedules.
9. Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights and guidance on asset management.
10. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organisational policies related to fixed assets.
