Your newpany
A healthcare-relatedpany based in Kent offers hybrid work 2 days a week in the office.
3-6 month contract position.
This is not a Technology PM role!

Your new role
Thepliance Project Officer will run a project reviewing and improving IR35ernance.
You will manage the project plan, gather and organise contracts and workforce data, coordinate actions across ops/rota/HR/finance, maintain an evidence pack and decision log, track risks and progress, and coordinate briefings/training.
1. Project Management: Build and run thepliance project plan, agree milestones, chase actions, and keep delivery on track.
2. Internal liaison: Be the main point of contact between the external specialist and internal teams (ops, rota/workforce, HR, finance/payroll, procurement).
3. Information gathering: Collate contracts, working practice information, policies, and workforce data needed for reviews.
4. Process improvement: Coordinate updates to onboarding, engagement, rota/booking and contract processes as directed, and ensure changes are embedded.
5. Evidence pack: Maintain a clear audit trail of decisions, documentation, training andmunications so the business is “enquiry ready”.
6. Risk tracking: Maintain apliance risk/actions log, escalate blockers, and report progress to leadership.
7. Training: Provide, arrange and document briefings/training for managers and relevant teams.


What you'll need to succeed
8. Strong project management/coordination skills, with a clear understanding of what good evidence looks like in apliance setting.
9. Excellent organisation and documentation skills and the ability to handle sensitivepliance issues and challenge poor practice professionally.
10. You will be confident working with detailed andplex information. Able to maintain structured evidence packs, audit trails and decision logs. ( contracts, working practice summaries, policies, training records).
11. You will need to be a confidentmunicator and have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver training to management.
12. Experience in process mapping and supporting process improvements.
13. IR35 exposure is helpful but not essential.
14. Public Sector experience would also be beneficial, but not essential.


What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. Hybrid work 2 days a week in the office in Kent3-6 month role Pay rate £200-250 per day (neg) depending on pay method.
