What will you be doing?
• You will be developing and maintaining detailed job reports and digital records of all invoicing, ensuring they reach the correct client departments promptly.
• Organising and compiling all the necessary paperwork for completed projects up to the invoicing stage,
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and residents, providing regular updates on project status,
• Managing and responding to email inquiries efficiently and answering incoming phone calls.

• Strong communication skills,
• Proficient with Microsoft Office,
• Excellent organisational skills,
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
