Overview

Senior Support Worker - Heathfield House (SA1) at Accomplish Group. Location: Swansea. Salary: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour. Hours: 35 per week. Full UK Manual Driving License required.


Responsibilities

* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and their families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, contributing to a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home
