What you will do:- Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations, adhering to the latest protocols and practices.- Provide comprehensive diagnostic reports to assist in patient management.- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient care.- Ensure the maintenance and proper use of ultrasound equipment.- Engage with patients to explain procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
Requirements of the Sonographer:- Must be HCPC registered and a qualified Radiographer with specialised experience in Sonography.- Have recent postgraduate experience in the UK working as a Sonographer.- Possess the right to work in the UK and comply with all necessary immigration requirements.- Demonstrate proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients and the healthcare team.
