Due to extensive growth, we are looking for an industrial electrician on a permanent basis to join this Chesterfield-based independently owned firm.You will be out in the field providing installation, test and inspections fit-outs and refurbishments. The client also provides EV and Solar for commercial and industrial projects, so there really is a wide varietyalong with some reactive maintenance.You will provide your services in a variety of different environments including manufacturers, warehouses, data center, restaurants, and commercial offices across England and Wales.While the role based in chesterfield the projects are nationally therefore travelling is essential along with the occasional staying away in this role, however you are paid door to door and provided a van full of tools to do the job.If you are looking for a role where you can work additional hours to boost your income, (or not) and are commercially experienced this is the job for you.The role of an Industrial / commercial Electrician:Installation, upgrades, and maintenance of industrial electrical wiring systems.Perform both complex and routine diagnostics for troubleshooting electrical issues, utilising wiring schematics, drawings, diagrams and technical manuals.Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activitiesOccasional, machine maintenance or diagnostics.Use a variety of testing equipmentMaintain record of repairs required, parts used and labour timeSkills and Qualifications needed for this Industrial / commercial Electrician role :Level 3 qualified as a minimum18th edition - PreferableECS Card EssentialTest and inspect preferable.You must have experience working within an Industrial setting.The benefits of an Industrial Electrician :A basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience40-hour week Monday to Fridaypaid overtime time and 1/2 weekdays and Saturday double time on a Sunday.The average salary of the current team is £65,000 with overtime & bonusesVan, fuel card, & tools.Career progression within a growing business.28 days holiday and nest pension.TPBN1_UKTJ
