Role Overview As a Procurement Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting EOS's global service delivery by sourcing pricing, managing vendor relationships, and preparing competitive quotes for various projects. Key Responsibilities Source pricing from OEMs and distributors for AV and networking components Register and manage bids with vendors Prepare detailed quotes using Sage X3 Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies Maintain accurate records of pricing and client communications Collaborate with Account Management and Finance teams for invoicing Represent the Procurement team in client meetings Requirements Strong analytical and numeracy skills Experience with procurement or account management software Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency Excellent time management and attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with Sage X3, and Jira Understanding of hardware/service resale dynamics EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
