This role requires a keen Capital Accountant who will excel in the Property sector, they will be an integral team member, contributing to the overall success of the company. The two main facets of this role will be development finance / project accounting and financial modelling.

Description
* Track all Development Management Service (DMS) agreements so that the Development team can monitor the performance of development schemes throughout the development cycle.
* Allocate costs to DMS agreements and analyze profitability for D&B firm.
* Collaborate with LBN to anticipate future income and expenses.
* Collaborate with Head of Finance - Treasury and Planning to develop the group business strategy.
* Collaborate with the Financial Controller to continue producing development finance reports that enable the Development team to manage development projects within budget and on schedule.
* Offer business partnership services to the Development team to guarantee that the firm delivers Value for Money (VfM) in all aspects of project development.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date financial models for monitoring performance by the Board, shareholders, and funders.
* Provide support to Financial Controller/Management Accountant in preparation of annual budget and quarterly auditLiaise with auditors during external audit and provide all relevant development finance/treasury records and backups.
Profile
A successful Capital Accountant should have:
A professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
Knowledge of Capital and project accounting
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Experience in the Property industry would be advantageous.
Job Offer
