An exciting opportunity has arisen in a growing team for a key account manager, to join a well established, family run SME based in Brackley, Northamptonshire. T his role consists of liaising with two business development managers to help increase and grow their accounts on the territory. You will need to fulfil any enquires in and process quotes for the key accounts. As always with key accounts, people leave and depots change so the role involves keeping in touch with every depot consistently and building a relationship with them so that we are the place to come to and frees up the Business Development Managers to increase their face to face activities. Furthermore, as the role is grown into there will be an opportunity to use your new business skills in prospecting for new accounts and even grow into the role of a new business development manager. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound key account sales leads Closing your own deals Working towards challenging sales targets as a team and the individual business development mangers. Follow up quotes Building relationships with key accounts via telephone and email communication. Bring ideas to the team Requirements Good office and phone skills Exemplary communication skills Strong intrapersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Hardworking, persistent, and dependable Adaptable, positive, determined and competitive Previous experience of working in a technical equipment Working to high levels of customer service Experience of working in a team Passionate about the work you do, with the energy and drive to motivate the team around you Benefits Salary- £30,000- £37,000 Commission structure in place- £300-£400 per month Company bonuses based on sales targets Free Parking Hours- 8.30-5pm or 8-4.30pm Monday to Friday
