Veterinary Care Assistant - Ilford Vets for Pets
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Veterinary Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Ilford Vets for Pets.
Our practice is bright, spacious, and air-conditioned, and has been purpose-built to industry-leading standards. We’re equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital X-ray and a fully equipped in-house laboratory, allowing us to deliver the very best care to our patients.
As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Your responsibilities will include assisting clinical staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and helping to provide the highest standards of patient and client care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for animal care who is keen to develop their career within the veterinary profession — particularly if you are looking to progress into a Student Veterinary Nurse role in the future.
This is a Full-Time position working 40 per week with 1 in 3 Weekends.

4. You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
5. You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
6. Your personality is infectious and along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
