This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment primarily on the new T Level in Animal Management but across all Animal Science provision. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience within the animal industry, a deep passion for animal welfare, and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning. You will deliver engaging lessons that apply theory to practice, support learners in developing essential industry skills, and contribute to curriculum development that reflects current industry standards and scientific advancements. The Animal Science department is on an exciting journey of growth and development, with significant improvements in curriculum design, learner outcomes, and teaching practice in recent years. We are proud to be one of the first colleges in the country to deliver the new T Level in Animal Management, achieving a 100% retention rate in its first year and currently on track for 100% achievement. Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. Significant experience working within the animal industry. Strong commitment to animal welfare and ethical practice. Experience in curriculum design and quality assurance (desirable). Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended delivery (desirable).
