The Role
As a Principal 360 Tech Recruiter, you’ll operate as a senior consultant, owning a high-value desk and acting as a role model within the team. This is a hands-on billing role with influence, autonomy, and serious earning potential.

* Owning and growing a high-performing 360 tech desk
* Winning and managing key client relationships
* Delivering consistent, high-value placements across contract and permanent roles
* Leading by example in business development and delivery

About You
* Proven experience as a Senior or Principal 360 Recruiter in tech
* Strong billing history and commercial mindset
