Customer Service Advisor X2 Location: Remote/Hybrid (Reading Based) Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (including regular weekend coverage) Salary: Competitive We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the service and maintenance sector, looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high standards of service delivery across key customer contracts. About the Role Youll be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring service requests are handled professionally and efficiently. You'll coordinate between customers, service providers, and internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a high standard of customer care.
