Key duties of a Management Accounts Associate:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with balance sheet reconciliations
* Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries
* Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure timely and accurate reporting
* Contribute to process improvements and support wider team initiatives
What makes a Management Accounts Associate successful:
* AAT qualified or progressing toward a professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA
* Experience within management accounts or a similar accounting role is desirable
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Good communication and client-service abilities
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is beneficial
