As an integral member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, with a strong background in audit and accounting. A passion for excellence in a fast-paced, high-performing environment is crucial to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with a range of ad-hoc financial tasks as required
* Oversee year-end statutory and tax compliance processes
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors
* Prepare monthly financial reports for divisional leaders
* Conduct detailed variance analysis on monthly financial results
* Collaborate with teams in Audit, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Manage the preparation and approval of balance sheet reconciliations
Experience & Qualifications
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
* Previous experience with statutory accounts, ideally in a Financial Accountant role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
