As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef while ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and profitably. This is an opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys both hands-on cooking and kitchen management, and who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities As a Sous Chef, you will: Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently, safely and profitably Manage stock control, rotas, ordering and kitchen systems Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards Help recruit, train and develop the kitchen team Deliver high-quality dishes and consistent service standards Collaborate with the Head Chef on food operations, guest experience and events Lead by example to create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture Your time will be split between cooking on the line, managing kitchen systems, and developing your team.
