Temporary Event Health care Advisor
Location: Stevenage
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday 0900-1700, based on site full time

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and deliver day-to-day administrative processes for event healthcare bookings
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and volunteers
3. Coordinate incoming communications and respond to event queries professionally and promptly
4. Prepare and distribute event plans and risk assessments
5. Accurately update internal databases, spreadsheets, and booking systems
6. Monitor volunteer deployment and notify of shortfalls where necessary
7. Provide accurate quotes, raise invoices, and resolve finance queries
8. Support team performance in achieving aged debt targets
9. Ensure compliance with internal policies (e.g. H&S, HR, Finance, IT)
10. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
11. Participate in contingency planning and out-of-hours support as required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
12. Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
13. Experience in administrative roles and working in team environments
14. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
17. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable:
18. Experience in event management
19. Familiarity with volunteer workforce dynamics
20. Experience in financially driven environments
21. Previous team leadership or management experience
