Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Assessment & Intervention Social Worker to join our busy frontline service. You'll play a key role in safeguarding children, undertaking assessments, and driving meaningful interventions that support families and improve outcomes.

Working Arrangements
To support the needs of the service, you will:
* Work a minimum of 2 days per week onsite (dependent on team needs)
* Be onsite for your full duty week
* Participate in a backup duty rota during the two weeks between duty weeks, requiring availability and office presence for approximately 1-2 days across that period
Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work England registration
* Proven experience in Assessment & Intervention work
* Driving licence and access to your own car
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to team culture
