Teleios Recruitment is supporting a client in hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and well-controlled warehouse performance.

The Role

You’ll lead warehouse operations on the floor, making sure processes are followed, teams are supported, and day-to-day activity runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily warehouse operations (goods in, storage, picking, dispatch)

* Lead and support warehouse teams on the floor

* Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control

* Maintain safe working practices and compliance standards

* Manage warehouse layout, organisation, and efficiency

* Ensure dispatch accuracy and operational discipline

* Identify and implement process improvements

About You

* Experience in warehouse operations and team leadership

* Strong understanding of warehouse processes and flow

* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and control

* Confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment

* Hands-on, practical, and process-driven approach
