This is a key time role to cover our main trading hours. We need your expertise to give our customers the great service they deserve, and we also recognise that having flexibility to balance your commitments outside work makes it a win; win for us both! So, if you can commit to 4 hours per day between 10am and 3pm, we can work with you on the exact start and finish times. In this role the number of hours per week will determine the number of days to be worked each week e.g. for a 20 hours per week role, you would work 4 hours per day for 5 days each week. Again, this is something we’d like to work out with you.
As a Customer Advisor we want you to use your natural curiosity to get to know all about our customers, their home décor projects and help them to choose the right products for their needs.

As a Customer Advisor - your day might look like this:
1. Welcoming customers to the store
2. Using your on-point product knowledge and expertise help our customers choose the right products for their needs. All done in a way that delights them and gives you a great sense of pride.
3. Delivering an in-store sales experience that is straightforward and easy for our customers.
4. Being a Carpetright ambassador, product expert and having a passion for guiding customers through our sales process and their home décor projects
