You will be working on a range of residential and commercial projects across Kent, London, and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality installations while representing the company professionally on site.
Key Responsibilities Installation of air conditioning systems including Split, Multi-split, VRV/VRF and FCU systems Carrying out first-fix and second-fix installation works on site Installing pipework, pressure testing, evacuation, commissioning and system handover Installation of condensate drainage systems and associated electrical connections Working closely with the contracts and projects team to ensure smooth delivery of works Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and customer care Candidate Requirements Living within approximately 15 miles of Dartford (DA2 7ER) Full UK driving licence Minimum of 8 years experience in air conditioning installation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to read drawings and follow technical specifications Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team Essential Qualifications F-Gas Certification Relevant City & Guilds or equivalent xjlbheb HVAC qualifications Valid CSCS card Desirable (but not essential): IPAF, PASMA or similar access equipment certification Package & Benefits Competitive salary: £45,000 £55,000 (dependent on experience) Overtime available Company van and fuel card Tools, uniform, laptop and company credit card provided 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (with option to purchase more) Ongoing training and manufacturer-specific courses Supportive, friendly team environment Regular company social events
