What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
* Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage learning.
* Lead educational activities supporting children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Serve as a Key Person, overseeing children’s progress, care needs, and building strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Skills: Good communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to planning and activities.
