 
        
        Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join our client’s busy logistics operation in Newark.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company in a key role within their transport team. Full training will be provided, so if you’re organised, confident on the phone, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What will I be doing?
 1. Helping to plan and organise daily transport operations
 2. Supporting drivers with paperwork, keys, and shift information
 3. Recording driver hours and vehicle information accurately
 4. Updating systems and reports to keep transport records up to date
 5. Answering driver and customer queries in a professional manner
 6. Working with other departments to make sure deliveries run smoothly
 7. Reporting any vehicle issues or delays to the right teams
 8. Always following health and safety and company procedures
 
What skills and experience do I need?
 9. Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is helpful, but not essential — full training will be given
 10. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
 11. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 12. Organised and able to work under pressure
 13. Confident and professional telephone manner
 14. Attention to detail and accuracy when completing paperwork
 
What hours will I be working?
 15. Days: 06:00 – 18:00 (£12.67 per hour)
 16. Nights: 18:00 – 06:00 (£13.10 per hour)
 17. (choose days or nights, you don’t rotate)
 18. Following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
