* Role: Support Workers – Care Homes – Lochaber, Fort William & Skye
* Pay: £15 per hour (PAYE)
* Contract: Ongoing locum work
* Shifts: Day (08:00–20:00) and Night (20:00–08:00)

What You Will Do
* Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents in care homes across the region.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal support.
* Follow personalised care plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Accurately record observations and report changes in residents’ conditions.
* Encourage social engagement and support residents’ emotional well-being.
