Hours: 24 Hours a week, including a 1 hour lunch break during each day of work.
Working days Tuesday and Wednesday due to regular sessions. The third day to be negotiated upon signing the contract.
This role will require some flexibility, evening and weekend work.
Location: This role will need to be based in the South West of England, the bulk of in person activity for this role takes place in Devon.
Purpose of the role
To work alongside each member of the Beyond Face team to support the administration and delivery of the engagement of audience and participants across the programmes of work. Coordinating the engagement strategy of the artistic programme, working closely with the Company Storyteller. The role will be responsible for holding the coordination and management of the Young People's programme primarily and key to supporting aspects of the Regional Voices offer.
Main Responsibilities
* Support access, communication, and engagement for all participants and families.
* Coordinate staffing, logistics, admin systems, and safeguarding practice.
* Track data, support evaluation, and share participant stories.
* Assist budgets, invoicing, ticketing, and audience development.
* Support engagement research, touring activity, and future productions.
