Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Network Technical Assistant to join our team in Bournemouth and play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of safe, reliable and high-quality water services. In this fast-paced position, you’ll work closely with field teams, managers and partner organisations to plan work effectively, manage customer contact, and ensure compliance with performance and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication, excellent planning skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
What You'll Be Doing: Effectively planning field team workloads in line with SLA requirements and understanding task priorities. Releasing jobs to partners through the system on time and ensuring compliance with financial and technical standards. Creating and updating work orders to support network workstreams.
Managing requisitions, goods receipts and procurement activities to ensure materials and equipment are ordered efficiently and in line with company policy. Completing RAR maintenance workflows within agreed timescales. Supporting the Asset & Area Manager with diary management, meeting prioritisation and other administrative duties.
