Qualifications and Experience:
1. Degree in engineering or a relevant subject
2. Experience in a client-facing environment with strong relationship-building skills
3. Valid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications
4. Proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects using NEC 3 or 4, including control of commercial, budget, and finances
5. Experience in people management and working within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to see the bigger picture and understand decision consequences
8. Flexible, agile, and proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
9. Full UK driving license
10. APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification
11. Experience working on Highway projects
