About The Role
What will you be doing? Common tasks may include:
1. Operating machinery like diggers or breakers (with proper certification)
2. General groundwork skills including kerb laying, tactile paving, footpath and road construction
3. General civil works including earthworks, drainage, ducting and concreting
4. Following strict safety protocols (especially near roads or utilities)
5. Reporting progress and issues accurately
6. Due to the nature of the projects (Airside & Landside operations) you must be prepared to work night shifts when required
About You
What you’ll bring:
7. CAVA level 3, IQA level 4, and HGV desirable
8. Plan and create all training materials, support guides, test papers etc
9. Specific experience of health and safety related standards and regulations typically involving plant operations and or aviation
10. Able to confidently persuade others, build strong relationships, and bring energy and impact to every interaction
11. Ability to make and implement timely decisions to maximise service and problem solve
12. Five-year traceable employment history
13. Full UK driving license
