What You'll Be Doing
1. Leading smooth, stress-free onboarding for enterprise-level customers
2. Designing and delivering engaging training experiences (onsite, virtual, and train-the-trainer)
3. Partnering with customer leaders to drive adoption across teams, regions, and sites
4. Creating training resources that scale globally and get used
5. Owning customer success for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from adoption to renewal
6. Showcasing value through strategic success plans and executive business reviews
7. Being the customer's voice internally and influencing how things are built and improved
