About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and well-organised Receptionist / General Administrator to support the internal DLO and supervisor with a range of administrative and coordination tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations through effective handling of supplier orders, delivery checks, certification management, and paperwork processing.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect supplier orders and check items delivered to ensure accuracy.
* Support the GR and invoice process by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* Manage certification records, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
* Chase timesheets and other required paperwork from staff and contractors.
* Provide general administrative and reception support to the team.
* Assist with queries and communication between internal teams and suppliers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
Desirable
* Experience in supporting operational teams such as DLO or facilities.
* Knowledge of certification and invoicing processes.
