We are looking for an enthusiastic Treasury Placement Student to join our team specializing in Finance for our Corporate/CBS Segment in UK, Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 30th June 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Develops analytical tools, financial models, and dashboards to support decision making and designs reports and other analysis for Treasury leadership.
2. Performs daily operational activities for Treasury, forecast modeling and produces budgets as needed.
3. Provides analytical support for Treasury strategies.
4. Partners with banks and other partner relationships to provide transaction support to Treasury activities.
5. Documents and/or reviews compliance with certain internal controls and provides financial and Sarbanes Oxley audit support.
6. Executes special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
1. Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related subject required.
2. Windows/Microsoft competencies.
3. GCSE Maths, English, and Science essential.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
