We're currently working with several welcoming and inclusive secondary schools in Daventry seeking Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September 2025. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students and contributing to a positive school culture.
Whether you're an experienced TA or new to the role and eager to learn, these schools provide a nurturing environment where you'll be supported to grow and thrive.
Your Role Will Include:
1. Providing classroom support across Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 11-16)
2. Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and student confidence
3. Supporting the delivery of engaging, differentiated lessons alongside teaching staff
4. Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and resilience
5. Helping students with additional needs including SEND and SEMH
6. Playing a key part in creating a calm, inclusive and respectful learning environment
7. Participating in school life, including training and enrichment activities
