Associate - Real Estate Credit

The firm partners with institutional capital, lenders, and sponsors to originate, structure, and actively manage investments across the capital stack.
The Role
You’ll play a hands-on role in driving asset performance, working across the full lifecycle of investments - from underwriting through to exit.
The role is sector-agnostic, with exposure across all major real estate asset classes.
Joining a lean team, you will gain early responsibility, direct exposure to investment decision-making, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and optimise asset-level business plans
• Monitor performance vs underwriting; identify risks and value creation opportunities
• Build and run detailed financial models (incl. sensitivities)
• Support underwriting and structuring of new investments
• Prepare investment committee materials and investor reporting
• Work closely with sponsors, lenders, and advisors
Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years’ experience in real estate, investment, or finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Solid grounding in real estate fundamentals
