Overview
KnowBe4 is a cybersecurity company that provides an AI-driven Human Risk Management platform used by over 70,000 organizations worldwide. This role translates the product vision into detailed technical user stories for Engineering to build new features on KnowBe4’s platforms. This position is located in Cheltenham, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
* Facilitate refinement discussions to capture required functional details.
* Write User Stories based on high-level strategic initiatives from Product Management.
* Lead technical requirements-gathering sessions across multiple engineering teams for complex programs.
* Facilitate architectural discussions for complex technical projects.
* Help the Product Manager by gathering background information for initiatives and clearly defining them.
* Assist the team in understanding the Product Manager’s intent and break initiatives into milestones with accurate estimates.
* Translate initiatives into groomed and prioritized (Ready) User Stories.
Requirements
* BS or equivalent plus 3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Software Developer, or Software Tester.
* Strong blend of project management, business analysis, and technical skills; able to work well in a team.
* Excellent technical knowledge of current web technologies for enterprise software.
* Experience with AWS and CI/CD environments.
* Experience with JIRA.
* Experience with UX/prototyping tools (e.g., LucidChart, Figma).
* Experience with relational databases (MySQL or equivalent).
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Front-end web standards: CSS3, HTML5.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in an IT-related industry.
* Software development background is a plus; Product Owner or Product Manager experience is a plus.
* Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
