We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated pharmacy professional to take on the role of Pharmacy Cluster Manager.
About The Role
As a Pharmacy Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of branches within your allocated cluster. You’ll spend two days per week managing your home branch and three days supporting other branches, driving performance, compliance, and service delivery standards.
This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines operational management, people development, and strategic oversight to ensure each pharmacy in your cluster operates efficiently, safely, and in line with company values and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy teams across your cluster
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold the highest professional standards
* Drive business performance through effective planning, coaching, and support
* Foster a culture of teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement
* Support professional development and succession planning within the cluster
* Collaborate with the wider leadership team to deliver company objectives
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people‑focused leader with a passion for pharmacy excellence.
Essential
* Qualified Pharmacist with current GPhC registration
* Proven experience managing a pharmacy team or multiple locations
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to balance operational and strategic responsibilities
Desirable
* Experience in multi‑site management
* Commercial awareness and understanding of performance metrics
