Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Assistant at our Left Handed Golf Store, located at Silvermere Golf Complex, Cobham. The Retail Assistant will assist customers with their purchases, deliver top-notch customer service, and ensure that the retail space is organised and well-stocked. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions, promoting products, helping to create a positive customer experience, and supporting sales targets through product knowledge and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner
* Provide knowledgeable advice on golf equipment for left-handed players
* Process sales transactions accurately using the till system
* Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and stock replenishment
* Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges
* Support with stock checks and deliveries
What We’re Looking For
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
* An interest in golf (knowledge of the sport is a strong advantage)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
