Overview
The role is for a roofers mate. Must have previous experience in the maintenance and repair of various roofs, ranging from felt to slate to metal. MEWP qualified would be an advantage although training would be provided for the successful candidate. Must have a full driving license. Must have experience or knowledge of maintaining roofs and also roof gutters/downpipes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The candidate will form part of a 2 x man team maintaining and repairing roofs for a well known discount retailer across the Midlands/South East of the country. Must be flexible for the needs of the job. Ideally located within the Welham Green region.
Responsibilities
* To assist the roof tech on all aspects of the job ranging from
* Cleaning gutters /clearing downpipes
* Making repairs to roofs. (Slate/metal/felt)
* Good customer service skills
* Must have minimal IT skills
* Flexible to the needs of the job
