About the Role
As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3 to 14 during summer and school holiday weekdays. You will be a leader who provides motivation, support, and direction, requiring experience in childcare and team management.
Effective communication is essential, as you will interact with parents and collaborate closely with the Area Manager and other departments.
About You
* Over 18 years old
* Available to work during school holidays
* UK/EU citizen with two right-to-work IDs
* Experience in childcare and managing small teams
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Passionate about working with children
* Proactive and able to work independently
* High safeguarding awareness
* Paediatric first aid certification or willingness to train
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or studying towards a relevant qualification
