Here's a typical day...
Using your knowledge and training, you will advise customers on perfumes and other products, ensuring they leave with That Superdrug Feeling—receiving exceptional service. Your main responsibilities include serving customers at the fragrance counter, promoting add-on sales, maintaining the counter’s presentation, and supporting the management team to meet store targets. There is also an optional opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our expanding piercing services.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Interest or experience in fragrance
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Passion for retail and customer service
* Willingness to learn and develop fragrance knowledge and skills
* Optional: Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided)
* Flexible and adaptable to changing hours
