Banking & Finance Associate / Solicitor - Bristol
This is an opportunity for a banking and finance solicitor or associate at 2PQE to join a growing team and contribute to its development working closely with senior lawyers on a variety of transactions.
The department has a client base across lenders, investors, developers, and corporates advising on deals for; property acquisition and development finance, corporate acquisitions and refinancing deals.
The work you will assist on...
* Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation
* Supporting senior lawyers in managing transactions
* Delivering on documentary conditions precedent
* Taking the lead on transactions
What experience is required .......
* A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in banking and finance
* Confidence handling loan and security agreements
* Experience or interest in real estate or corporate finance
