Role Description
This full‑time Dotnet Developer role is a hybrid position based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Dotnet Developer will design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications using .NET technologies to support transportation and logistics operations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include implementing new features, fixing bugs, writing clean and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software. The developer will also be responsible for unit testing, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and system performance.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts.
* Hands‑on experience in Software Development using .NET Core for building scalable applications.
* Practical experience with ASP.NET MVC for developing and maintaining web applications.
* Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and basic data modeling.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
* Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical technical solutions.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross‑functional team environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in logistics, transportation, or related domains is a plus.
