As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the Ireland and UK, you'll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across the Ireland and UK businesses. You'll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team. How You'll Make An Impact
* Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.
* Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
* Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
* Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
* Attract diverse talent through various channels.
* Actively developing and maintaining external talent pipelines.
* Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.
* Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.
Your background
* Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
* Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house.
* Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
* Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
* Experience using applicant tracking systems.
* An expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.
* Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English. A second European language is considered a plus.
* The right to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
