The Role
As our new Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of:
1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for industrial temporary staff
2. Building and nurturing client relationships across Hudersfield and surrounding areas
3. Developing new business opportunities and negotiating contracts
4. Meeting and exceeding performance targets
5. Contributing to our positive team culture and company growth
Requirements
6. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector
7. Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients
8. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
