Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Setter/Operator with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating CNC lathes, preferably within an Aerospace environment. This role involves precision machining of components, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Set & operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality components according to technical drawings and specifications.
Set up and adjust machines, including loading materials and selecting appropriate tools.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and implement best practices in machining processes.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
